ID, MauPass-ready identity, driving licence, insurance, ownership and recent address proof are reviewed before activation.

02Safe job matching

Drivers only see suitable work. Motorcycle orders are sealed, helper-free and limited to 25 kg.

03Private live GPS

Only the customer with the private tracking code and the MOSARYE owner can follow an active trip.

04Six-digit handover

The driver cannot complete a delivery without the customer’s one-time code. Five wrong attempts lock completion.

05Ratings and reports

Every completed job supports a one-to-five-star rating, comments and direct driver reporting.

MOSARYE is designed for items that are too awkward, bulky or heavy for a normal car.

What can MOSARYE deliver?+

Documents, food, groceries, small parcels, paint, hardware, heavy boxes, furniture, appliances and construction materials. Restricted or unsafe goods will not be accepted.

Where is the service available?+

MOSARYE is being built for islandwide delivery in Mauritius, subject to driver availability and safe vehicle access at both locations.

How is the delivery price calculated?+

Every kilometre is charged using the rate for the required vehicle. Distance rates rise after 10 km and 25 km, then MOSARYE adds the service, item handling, optional loading help and booking support fees. The full estimate is shown before dispatch.

Can I follow the driver live?+

Yes. Active deliveries can use a private tracking link and code so the customer can see progress without exposing the driver’s location publicly.

How can I add my vehicle?+

Open the driver app or complete the vehicle-owner form. MOSARYE reviews the owner, vehicle and required documents before activation.
